Who this policy covers

This website, adamcoffey.co.uk, is run by Adam Coffey, a freelance web designer based in Northern Ireland. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email hello@adamcoffey.co.uk.

What information is collected

The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, email address, and the message you write.

How it is used

Your details are used only to reply to your enquiry. They are not used for marketing, added to a mailing list, or shared with anyone else.

How it is stored

When you submit the contact form, it is sent directly as an email and is not stored in a database on this website. It is kept in the recipient’s email inbox for as long as reasonably needed to deal with your enquiry. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time by emailing hello@adamcoffey.co.uk.

Cookies and third-party services

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Two third-party services are used to run the site:

  • Google Fonts — the website’s typefaces are loaded from Google’s servers, which may process your IP address as part of that request.
  • Hostinger — the company that hosts this website and processes data (such as server logs) as part of providing that hosting.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask what information is held about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. To do either, email hello@adamcoffey.co.uk.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated occasionally to reflect changes to the site. The date above shows when it was last revised.
